ONLINE COURSE CURRICULUM

We are passionate believers in education and work hard to deliver training and tools that take you to the next level of performance—either in your current position or that next step up the ladder.

Our online curriculum helps prepare you for an exceptional career at USESI and delivers the insights and knowledge you need to understand our products, our systems and our customers.

Some classes are based on career paths and some are specific to mastering our manufacturers’ products, our ERP System or our processes or management tools. All modules are self-paced and can be completed on-site or off.

Depending on the position and the person, each curriculum typically takes from 25-50 hours to complete. Learn at the pace that’s right for you.

  • Warehouse Curriculum

    30+ hours of on-line training, divided into two phases.

    Training focus: A comprehensive understanding of electrical distributor operations and a fundamental understanding of electricity and electrical products.

    Other topics addressed: Customer service, communications, ethics and personal development.

    45 hours of on-line training divided into three phases.

    Training focus: Introduction to sales with an emphasis on the sales process at the counter. Also includes coursework on electricity fundamentals and electrical products

  • Inside Sales Curriculum

    45 hours of on-line training divided into three phases.

    Training focus: Provides an in-depth look at the role of the inside sales person in terms of selling products and services, processing and managing sales orders, building customer relationships and managing available resources.

    Other topics addressed: Electricity fundamentals and electrical products,sales, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, and personal development.

  • Outside Sales Curriculum

    39 hours of on-line training divided into three phases.

    Training focus: Delivers an in-depth look at the role of the outside sales person in terms of selling products and services and managing customer accounts and available resources.
