USESI Promotes Brett Noneman to Chief Technology Officer

Noneman will lead E-Commerce, Information Technology, and Business Intelligence Units in Newly Created Role

Middletown, CT 10.8.2019 – U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI), the country’s largest independent electrical wholesale distributor, announced the promotion of Brett Noneman to the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Randy Eddy.

Noneman is taking the helm at impressive time of growth for USESI, as it continues to build upon its position as the largest and best-in-class electrical distributor in this space. As technology rapidly evolves, USESI has continued to adapt to the growing expectations of its customers and emerging capabilities within the industry by building innovative solutions that make it easier for customers to manage their daily business and building reliable, efficient systems and processes.

In his new role, Noneman will align and manage USESI’s technology investments to ensure the efficient
use of its resources, while simultaneously ensuring the company exceeds its customers’ expectations and stays ahead of its competitors. Noneman will lead the E-Commerce, Information Technology, and the Business Intelligence departments, utilizing his experience to further build upon the successes of the teams.

For the last three years, Noneman served as the Senior Director of eCommerce responsible for managing all aspects of the business unit including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies initiatives.

“I’m looking forward to utilizing my experience and working with the team to develop the vision and strategy to further cementing USESI’s position as a market leader, while providing a superior customer experience for our most important stakeholders—our customers,” said Noneman.

Noneman brings more than 15 years of experience in ebusiness strategy, B2B and B2C ecommerce, and product and software development to his new role. A graduate of DePaul University, Noneman previously held roles at Lawson Products as the lead for software development and eCommerce Business Analyst where he led a team of developers and provided guidance to key technical stakeholders on a multi-year, multi-million-dollar B2B eCommerce redesign project. Prior to joining USESI, Noneman served in a senior eBusiness consulting role at Razorfish, and he managed day-to-day operations at Aspen Marketing Services, supporting the organization’s largest client, AT&T.
