Richard Worthy is Chairman and CEO of US Electrical Services, Inc.  An industry veteran with experience on both the manufacturing and distribution side of electrical products, Richard has unshakable confidence in the abilities of great teams.  His strategy is simply to bring the best people together in an open, competitive marketplace and allow the best teams to win business.
 
Prior to USESI, Richard was the founder and President of Sonepar USA where he led that company’s growth into the top 5 largest in the electrical distribution industry.  His professional background encompasses 12 years with various General Electric Company divisions including GE Supply, GE ED&C, and GE Capital.  He began his career as an analyst on Wall Street.
 
Richard, his wife Lisa and their 3 sons live in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
