CED completes USESI acquisition

EXTON, PA. & WEST LAKE VILLAGE, CA; NOV 6, 2007 – Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) and US Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) today announced the successful completion of CED's acquisition of all outstanding USESI stock.  The stock purchase agreement signed on October 8th was finalized on October 31, 2007.
