EXTON, PA, February 22, 2007 – US Electrical Services (USESI) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Rahway Electric Supply Co., Inc. ("Rahway") and its subsidiary Asbury Park Electric Supply ("Asbury").

Rahway/Asbury has been supplying the needs of electrical contractors in Northern and Central New Jersey for almost 27 years and has locations in Rahway, NJ and Asbury Park, NJ.
