Rahway/Asbury Park Electric to join USESI

EXTON, PA, February 19, 2007 – US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) today announced the signing of an agreement to purchase the business of Rahway Electric Supply Co., Inc. ("Rahway") and its subsidiary Asbury Park Electric Supply ("Asbury").

Rahway/Asbury has been supplying the needs of electrical contractors in Northern and Central New Jersey for almost 27 years.  Renowned for outstanding customer service, the company has grown tremendously under the leadership of owners Robert Pileggi and Timothy Zaccaro. Tim and Bob took control of Rahway Electric located in Rahway, NJ in 1994 and, after several years of profitable growth, opened their second location in Asbury Park, NJ.
