EXTON, PA., February 7, 2007 - US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) today announced the signing of an agreement to purchase the electrical supply business of Max Goldman, Inc.

Max Goldman, Inc., New Rochelle, New York has maintained a presence in the Westchester County market for well over 100 years, providing customers with wholesale electrical supplies and lighting fixtures, along with a high level of personal service.  Michael Zeller, President and owner of Max Goldman is the third generation of his family to run this business.  "We are excited about the potential that teaming with US Electrical brings to our customers," said Michael Zeller.  "This will allow our company to continue to grow and compete while allowing our employees new opportunities within a larger organization."
