USESI completes H/Z acquisition

EXTON, PA., January 23, 2007 - US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) today announced the successful completion of  its acquisition of Hampden/Zimmerman Electric Supply Company (HZ). 

With 3 locations in central and western Massachusetts, HZ has been serving the needs of electricians and contractors since the 1930’s.  In 1972, current owner Robert (Toby) Sanborn purchased Hampden Electric Supply and over the years added M. W. Zimmerman Electric Supply and Bland Electric Supply to his business.  The company has more than 80 employees.
