Fox Electric Supply Joins USESI

EXTON, Pa., October 27, 2006 – US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) today announced the completion of its purchase of Fox Electric Supply Company (Fox).

Founded in 1931, Fox is a fourth generation family business focused on high levels of service to the construction trades in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets.   In addition to their headquarters and distribution center in Philadelphia, Fox has locations on Castor Street in Philadelphia and in Folcroft, PA, as well as Cape May, Ocean City, Berlin and Pennsauken, NJ.  

According to Fox owners Bruce and Jonathan Fox, USESI offered the greatest opportunity for the continued growth and success of Fox. “We are excited to become part of the growing US Electrical Services family.
