Duplex Electrical Supply to join USESI

EXTON, PA., September 14, 2006 – US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) today announced the signing of an agreement to purchase the business of Duplex Electrical Supply Corp. (Duplex) effective August 25, 2006.

Herb Slater, President, founded Duplex in 1990.  Over the years, Duplex’s consistent growth has enabled it, for its size, to be one of the top performing distributors in the electrical wholesale industry.

“We are pleased to have Duplex as a part of our ever expanding team at US Electrical,” said Greg Griswold, President of USESI’s Mid-Atlantic Region.  “Duplex allows us to continue expanding our reach well into the New York market and builds upon our focus of adding high quality businesses to our platforms.”

 Duplex will retain its name. Both Herb Slater and Joe Casalino, Vice President, will remain with the company along with the current staff.
