Wiedenbach-Brown to join USESI

EXTON, PA, July 13, 2006 – US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) today announced the signing of an agreement to purchase the business of Wiedenbach-Brown Co., Inc. (WB) effective July 19, 2006.

Founded in 1913, WB has earned the reputation of industry leader in national account lighting and electrical supply. Headquartered in Westchester County, New York, WB has offices in Hicksville, New Rochelle and Hawthorne, New York; Boston; Columbus; Kansas City; Los Angeles; and Seattle Current year sales for WB are forecasted to be approximately $90M.

According to WB owners Christopher Brown and Elisabeth Brown-Daley, USESI offered the greatest opportunity for the continued growth and success of WB. “We are excited to become part of the growing US Electrical Services family.
