Electrical Wholesalers to Join USESI

Chester Springs, PA (May 10, 2006) - - US Electrical Services, LLC (USESI), today announced the signing of an agreement to purchase Electrical Wholesalers, Incorporated effective June 29, 2006.

Founded in 1920, Electrical Wholesalers (EW) is the premier distributor of electrical products in Connecticut. With 22 locations and more than 375 employees, Electrical Wholesalers supplies a broad range of electrical products to contractor, commercial, and industrial customers.

According to owners Arthur and Robert Namerow, “We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a contract to be purchased by U.S. Electric Services. A primary concern for us was the seamless and continued successful operation of the business and the ongoing employment of our valued employees. USESI offered the best opportunity for future growth and we are really excited for everyone at Electrical Wholesalers.”

Electrical Wholesalers will retain its name and operations in the New England marketplace. Arthur and Robert Namerow will be remaining with the company. In a related announcement, John Reznick (previously Vice President of Sales at EW) has been named as President of EW under the new ownership.
