Responsibilities
This position manages lighting installation projects for national retail accounts from concept to installation. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relations for the duration of the construction project; providing technical support, maintaining construction schedules, monitoring status of projects, organizing client files, ensuring accuracy of information in database. Involves extensive interaction with sales, purchasing, accounting and warehouse to ensure timely project completion and a seamless transition to the customer service department. - Ensure successful completion of customer projects.
- Perform accurate take-offs; address and resolve all plan questions or discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate proposals.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications
Excellent organizational and customer service skills Flexibility required as position evolves Ability to handle simultaneous projects and prioritize activities Ability to interface with customers and vendors Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Data accuracy is essential Construction Project Management, Electrical, or Lighting experience required
